Types of Drying Equipment

Drying equipment is very widely used in industry, and many fields need to use drying equipment.

1. Belt dryer:

With dryer flexible operation, wet feeding, drying process in the completely sealed box, working conditions are good, to avoid the leakage of dust. It is used for drying sheet, strip and granular materials with good air permeability, especially suitable for dehydrated vegetables with high water content but high material temperature is not allowed.

2. Roller Sscraper Dryer:

The machine is mainly used for the treatment of liquid materials, which can be used into steam, hot water or hot oil heating drying, but also into cold water cooling junction. According to different material properties and process requirements, immersion, spray, grinding and other feeding methods.

3. Hollow Blade Dryer (blade dryer):

The machine is suitable for dealing with all kinds of paste, grain, powder and other materials with good thermal stability, under special conditions can also dry heat sensitive materials and recover solvent in the drying process. It is commonly used in carbon black, light carbon carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium carbonate, nitrile uric acid, gypsum, clay, manganese dioxide, nylon and polyester slices, polyethylene, polypropylene (recycled solvent) and other materials for drying or cooling.

4. Vacuum Rake Type Dryer.

Vacuum rake dryer / harrow Dryer is suitable for heat sensitive, materials easy to oxidize at high temperature or easy to harden when drying, and materials to be recycled from steam discharged in drying. Typical drying materials include sodium propylene sulfonate, CMC, phthalocyanine blue, dye intermediate, carboxymethyl starch, maltodextrin, anthraquinone sulfonic acid, etc.

5. Double-conical Rotary Vacuum Dryer:

The equipment is mainly used for the powder, granular and fibrous materials of the concentration, mixing, drying and materials that need low temperature drying (such as biochemical products), and is more suitable for easy oxidation, volatile, heat sensitive strong stimulation, toxic materials and materials that are not allowed to destroy the crystal of drying.

6. Spray Dryer:

Suitable for producing powdered, granular solid products from solution, emulsion, suspensions and paste liquid raw materials.

7. Vacuum Drying Oven:

Suitable for small batch production.

8. Rotary Flash Dryer:

Suitable for drying of thermal sensitivity materials; various feeding devices for selection.
