Product quality control during the production process is to ensure that the production process is in a controlled state, and the analysis, diagnosis and monitoring of the operation technology and production process adopted in the production, installation and service process that directly or indirectly affect the quality of the product. It is usually guaranteed by:
1. Equipment control and maintenance: Based on the equipment, tools and measuring instruments that affect the product quality characteristics, their accuracy shall be verified before use, reasonably stored and protected between the two uses, and verified and re-calibrated regularly; make preventive equipment maintenance plan to ensure the accuracy and production capacity of the equipment to ensure continuous process capability;
2. Material control: the type, number and requirements of the materials and parts required in the production process shall be specified to ensure the quality of the process materials, maintain the applicability and suitability of the products in the process; to ensure the traceability of the material identification and verification status;
3. Valid documents: ensure that the operation instruction and quality test version of each product are correct;
4. First inspection: the trial production process is indispensable. The molds, inspection tools, fixigs, workbench, machinery and equipment are properly verified and installed. It is necessary to carry out mass production after the trial production products are qualified, and the trial production products cannot be mixed into the formal products!
5. Inspection: inspect the key process in the production process, and sample the inspection according to the quality inspection requirements to ensure the normal distribution during the process. If the parameters deviate from the hard shutdown to find out the cause, continue the production and increase the inspection;
6. Control of quality inspection status: mark the inspection status of the completed products in the process (outsourcing), identify the unqualified, qualified or unqualified products through the identification (qualification certificate), and pass the responsibility of identification and verification through the identification;
7, the isolation of unqualified products: formulate and implement the unqualified products control procedures, timely found unqualified products, to identify unqualified products and isolation storage, the treatment of unqualified products and supervise, to prevent customers to receive unexpected use of unqualified products and unqualified products, avoid further processing unqualified products and unnecessary costs;
8. Cause analysis: analyze the unqualified phenomenon and the causes, put forward the rectification opinions, and focus on the verification of whether the rectification results have indeed been really improved, so as to facilitate the continuous improvement of production methods to reduce the occurrence of similar phenomena;
9. If the raw materials are found in the production process, the SQE procedure should be started immediately: urge the suppliers to improve the quality of their goods and prevent similar situations from happening again。
