Rotary flash dryer is a new type of drying equipment of solid fluid drying, which is used for drying thixotropic and heat-sensitive powder granular materials in paste and cake shape. The drying machine has the function of mechanical dispersion and particle size adjustment of drying materials. After entering the dryer, the materials with high wet paste and filter cake are mixed with the clean hot medium which enters the drying chamber in the form of tangential. The materials form granular fluidization under the action of vortex hot air flow and mechanical dispersion force, and the hot material is instantly completed. The top of the drying chamber is provided with a particle classifier, and the dried material enters the collector to obtain powder products.
